Law360, Los Angeles (May 24, 2017, 3:58 PM EDT) — A pair of San Francisco-based porn studios on Tuesday asked a California federal court to rule that the State Compensation Insurance Fund must cover their defense of three suits brought by former performers who claim they contracted HIV during video shoots, saying the insurer can’t definitively show that any exclusions apply.
