Fla. High Court To Hear Case Against Geico On Bad Faith – Law360

Law360, Miami (June 12, 2017, 11:07 PM EDT) — The Supreme Court of Florida said Friday it will decide whether Geico exhibited bad faith in claims against a policyholder later hit with an $8.7 million jury verdict who said the suing party would have settled for $100,000 under a policy limit had Geico properly handled the claims.
